10FtDrillBit.com is a small shop that builds practical products to solve real home-improvement and job-site problems.

The 10-foot drill bit was created after frustrating wiring and cable-running jobs using fish tape, coat hangers, and standard tools. None of them worked the way they should. The job took too long, the results were inconsistent, and there had to be a better way.

The goal was simple: build a strong, reliable tool that helps customers do jobs faster and easier — without the headache. The first version was hand-welded in the shop, tested on real jobs, and it worked. That was 2007.

Since then, the Original 10FtDrillBit has been used by homeowners, DIYers, electricians, cable installers, contractors, remodelers, plumbers, and maintenance workers across the country. Every bit is still handmade and hand-welded, one at a time.
